For the past few years, I’ve always felt that Marpple does their best with their service, so even though I don't visit often, I find myself coming back consistently! They were incredibly proactive in helping me with my request to need it early as a gift, so I was able to receive it on schedule. As you can see, the printing quality is excellent. While there are quite a few custom shops now, none are as convenient as Marpple. I used to look around hoping to find a cheaper option, only to be rejected because the design was unprintable. But Marpple is the place where I can always expect great service and quality. I wanted to achieve a mother-of-pearl texture, and I was worried if it could be achieved with printing, but it seems to be more than sufficient. I zoomed in on the photo because that is where I actually spilled coffee (latte). I was upset that the accident happened before I could even give it as a gift, but after gently wiping it off with soap and water, as you can see, it's gone without a trace. There isn't a single scratch on the print either. Thank you.

I opened the box filled with excitement at the prospect of turning my first acrylic painting into a bag. The colors are vibrant, and it turned out well. I thought I had only used it for about a year, but three years have already passed... I came in to have it remade because the zipper was a bit worn, but I was surprised. Even though I use a top-loading washing machine and a dryer, the color hasn't faded and it is still in perfect condition. There is no lint either. Considering that I added more stuffing to the original cushion to increase its volume, it is no wonder the zipper started to come apart. It’s amazing that it remains intact considering I sleep with it every day for three years and wash it frequently. It is truly sturdy.
