Preparing Your Design File
- You can upload PNG or JPG files when uploading your image in the Marpple Editor.
- Please prepare images with a minimum size of 2,500px. (based on approx. 20cm print size)
- Enlarging a small image to meet size requirements may result in poor print quality.
- Do you have a professional print file (PDF, AI, PSD)? After completing your order with the Marpple Editor, please send the original file along with your order information (order number / name / contact information) to our customer service email (help@marpple.com) or via 1:1 chat.
Important Notes
- The actual print colors may differ depending on your monitor or mobile screen.
- Digital images created using drawing or design software (not photographs) may print with duller colors than expected. Please check with our customer support for more details.
- Depending on the production time or environment, there may be color differences even if the file is the same as the one used for previously produced items.
- If you have a specific print placement in mind, please leave a note in the [Production Request] section of your order, or contact us via 1:1 chat or email (help@marpple.com).
- Please make sure to check the actual product size before ordering.
Exchange / Return(Refund) Policy
All of Marpple’s products are personalized products required by customers. Therefore, we do not accept
returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the
products at cs@marpple.com with pictures of the damaged items.
Please note that design edits are only available at the stage of 'Order Placed'. During the ‘Processing’ stage, any design changes or cancellation is not available. If you need design changes after your order please contact us through our chat system or via email.

I have a T-shirt that I bought in Japan that I really love, with its oversized fit, thick and sturdy fabric, and excellent stitching.
I purchased this because it felt similar to that shirt.
On the monitor, the black color looked closer to charcoal, so I expected it to be darker in person, but the actual color was the same as what I saw on the screen. I did think it would have been better if it were a slightly darker shade, but I'm happy with it nonetheless. In fact, I was impressed by how realistically the color representation was rendered.

I was debating between Black and Charcoal, but I chose Black after reading reviews that described it as a faded black.
It is definitely a black closer to charcoal than a deep black, which I think suited the vintage design even better.
I am not sure if they use different print types depending on the design, but since they used digital printing tailored to the design, it really brought the design to life.

Previously, there was only one item, the pigment t-shirt, but this one is cheaper and looks great. The material feels a bit more sturdy and solid. It would be even better if the sleeves were just 2 centimeters longer. It's good, I recommend it.
