Guideline

Image Dimensions & Format

While saving Image with transparent background in PNG file, please change the image color mode to CMYK and ‘Save for Web’. While saving image with full background in JPG file, please save as RGB mode. Image file should be minimum 2500px with 150dpi.

If you would like to design over the whole printable area, we recommend uploading a high-quality image with minimum resolution of 2500 by 3500 pixels. The maximum supported image size is 10 MB.

  • PNG file should be saved as CMYK color mode and save as 'Save for Web'.
  • JPG file should be saved as RGB mode.
  • Image file should be minimum 2500px with 150dpi.
  • If you don’t add images to the back side of product, the uploaded file will be printed on the entire front and be mirrored on the back.
  • Some print elements on seams and sleeves might not match up because of our cut and sew process.
Dimensions

A good rule of thumb is that big, high-resolution files make the best prints. Now when we say 'big',
we're really referring to resolution, not the file's size.
There is a major difference between file size, which is measured in bytes (like megabytes MB) and resolution,
which is measured in pixels. When you’re printing work, it’s the pixels that matter.

File Type

When uploading your files to Marpple, we can only accept JPG, PNG and AI. TIFF and PDF files won't work correctly.

Here's an example of images size you might work on.

  • All Other Apparel : 2400×3200 pixels will cover the printable area,
although you can resize larger images to fit when uploading.
The file must be a PNG for transparencies to be saved.
  • Tote Bags : 2950x2950 pixels for the large tote bag
  • Phone Cases : 1187x1852 pixels will cover the printable area, however you can resize larger images to fit.
  • Home Deco : 4625x4625 pixels
