Preparing Your Design File
- You can upload PNG or JPG files when uploading your image in the Marpple Editor.
- Please prepare images with a minimum size of 2,500px. (based on approx. 20cm print size)
- Enlarging a small image to meet size requirements may result in poor print quality.
- Do you have a professional print file (PDF, AI, PSD)? After completing your order with the Marpple Editor, please send the original file along with your order information (order number / name / contact information) to our customer service email (help@marpple.com) or via 1:1 chat.
Important Notes
- The actual print colors may differ depending on your monitor or mobile screen.
- Digital images created using drawing or design software (not photographs) may print with duller colors than expected. Please check with our customer support for more details.
- Depending on the production time or environment, there may be color differences even if the file is the same as the one used for previously produced items.
- If you have a specific print placement in mind, please leave a note in the [Production Request] section of your order, or contact us via 1:1 chat or email (help@marpple.com).
- Please make sure to check the actual product size before ordering.
Exchange / Return(Refund) Policy
All of Marpple’s products are personalized products required by customers. Therefore, we do not accept
returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the
products at cs@marpple.com with pictures of the damaged items.
Please note that design edits are only available at the stage of 'Order Placed'. During the ‘Processing’ stage, any design changes or cancellation is not available. If you need design changes after your order please contact us through our chat system or via email.

I made a T-shirt with my doodles. The quality is fantastic, and the cotton is my favorite material, which makes it even better! Color is always a concern and a concern when making merchandise, but the gradient and vibrant colors turned out really well, and I'm absolutely thrilled! I wasn't expecting the gradient to look natural, so I wasn't expecting much, but it turned out so beautifully. ㅜㅜ!! Most importantly, the shirt is so soft and comfortable that I'm going to make a few more to wear on trips with friends!

I've already purchased 18 custom t-shirts from Maple this year. I loved them so much.
After one wash, the print faded to the point where all the details were gone. I was so happy, but I was also very disappointed.
Of course, it's probably a washing issue, but I've washed previous t-shirts in the same way, and while the image didn't fade to this degree, it's probably best not to use the washing machine.
If the print feels smooth and flat to the touch, it's probably best not to use it in the washing machine.
