- You can upload PNG or JPG files when uploading your image in the Marpple Editor.
- Please prepare images with a minimum size of 2,500px. (based on approx. 20cm print size)
- Enlarging a small image to meet size requirements may result in poor print quality.
- Do you have a professional print file (PDF, AI, PSD)? After completing your order with the Marpple Editor, please send the original file along with your order information (order number / name / contact information) to our customer service email (help@marpple.com) or via 1:1 chat.
Important Notes
- The actual print colors may differ depending on your monitor or mobile screen.
- Digital images created using drawing or design software (not photographs) may print with duller colors than expected. Please check with our customer support for more details.
- Depending on the production time or environment, there may be color differences even if the file is the same as the one used for previously produced items.
- If you have a specific print placement in mind, please leave a note in the [Production Request] section of your order, or contact us via 1:1 chat or email (help@marpple.com).
- Please make sure to check the actual product size before ordering.
Exchange / Return(Refund) Policy
All of Marpple’s products are personalized products required by customers. Therefore, we do not accept
returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the
products at cs@marpple.com with pictures of the damaged items.
Please note that design edits are only available at the stage of 'Order Placed'. During the ‘Processing’ stage, any design changes or cancellation is not available. If you need design changes after your order please contact us through our chat system or via email.

Wow… honestly, I didn’t expect much, but I was surprised when I received it.. I love it so much; it came out exactly as I wanted—clean and with the colors perfectly accurate. There was a review below mentioning that the color fades with every wash, and it is my fault for not checking the reviews carefully. The transparency dropped to 50% after just one wash 🥹🥹. I inquired about it, and the consultant said it couldn't be helped since I didn't request that specific printing method, so I guess I'll just have to wear it 🥲. Since I trusted them with this, I am quite disappointed. The clothes were so pretty before the wash though 👍.

Please buy a size larger than what you would for other brands. I checked the measurements on the site where I previously bought clothes and thought S would fit, but it turned out to be too small, causing a huge fuss. I'm not sure about M or L, but S is even smaller.

The t-shirt color is pretty. I ordered the sand color with a photo included, and someone else said the color was nice. The photos for the white and black t-shirts were fine, and I thought the print on the sand t-shirt came out well except for the wrinkles on the face, but when I opened it, there are wrinkles right in the center of the face here too. ㅠㅠ It’s a shame it happened to be the face; it’s upsetting. I would appreciate it if you could pay a little more attention to that part. I will wear it well.

Spent with my own money. Wow, the clothes I wanted were sold out, so I made the pattern myself and commissioned it. This quality at this price?? Isn't that insane??? I am seriously, seriously, seriously, seriously satisfied. As soon as I received it, I was more than 100 times more satisfied than I expected.
However, based on my measurements of 183cm/75kg, I had it made over a Gildan t-shirt, and it feels a bit boxy? I think an L would be fine, so I plan to make another one to give as gifts to my friends.
