Precautions

• For bulk orders, please order one sample first to check the actual quality before proceeding.
• If only one side is printed without back printing, it will be produced in the default white color.
• Colors may vary slightly depending on monitor specifications.
• As a paper product sensitive to temperature and humidity, it can tear easily and may curl over time. Returns or exchanges due to these issues are not possible.
• The following examples are phenomena that can occur due to the nature of the process and are not considered defects. Please check before ordering:
  • There may be dents, scratches, or pressure marks less than 5mm.
  • Fine lines may be printed at the top and bottom of the product.
  • The position of the image on the actual photo card may differ from the creation screen.
  • There may be color differences between the front and back sides of the same image.
  • For images with dark backgrounds, non-background areas may also appear relatively dark.
  • White dots may appear on black backgrounds, and black dots may appear on white backgrounds.
  • Small scratches or slight ink smudges may occur during the printing process.
