Preparing Your Design File
- You can upload PNG or JPG files when uploading your image in the Marpple Editor.
- Please prepare images with a minimum size of 2,500px. (based on approx. 20cm print size)
- Enlarging a small image to meet size requirements may result in poor print quality.
- Do you have a professional print file (PDF, AI, PSD)? After completing your order with the Marpple Editor, please send the original file along with your order information (order number / name / contact information) to our customer service email (help@marpple.com) or via 1:1 chat.
Important Notes
- The actual print colors may differ depending on your monitor or mobile screen.
- Digital images created using drawing or design software (not photographs) may print with duller colors than expected. Please check with our customer support for more details.
- Depending on the production time or environment, there may be color differences even if the file is the same as the one used for previously produced items.
- If you have a specific print placement in mind, please leave a note in the [Production Request] section of your order, or contact us via 1:1 chat or email (help@marpple.com).
- Please make sure to check the actual product size before ordering.
Exchange / Return(Refund) Policy
All of Marpple’s products are personalized products required by customers. Therefore, we do not accept
returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the
products at cs@marpple.com with pictures of the damaged items.
Please note that design edits are only available at the stage of 'Order Placed'. During the ‘Processing’ stage, any design changes or cancellation is not available. If you need design changes after your order please contact us through our chat system or via email.

I like crop tops, so I ordered two designs, and both of them are so well-printed and fit so well that I'm satisfied💗 The cotton is thick and the quality of the T-shirt itself is good, but most of all, the colorful printing was so good👍 I was even more proud when everyone said it looked pretty when they wore it😆 The editing tool was easy to use, so even my wife, who is a beginner, could make it easily. I ordered the same one to give to my younger sibling and have more at home!!

This is my first time customizing, but I made it for my friend's birthday!
Like other reviews, they kindly gave me information on the schedule and even called to confirm,

I was worried about the size because there were so few reviews for the crop top, unlike the unisex size,
but I really like it!

I was so satisfied because it was printed beautifully as I had imagined! The print color came out a little dark. I think I should order a brighter one. And the material is too thick, so I don't think I can wear it in the middle of summer. ㅠㅠ However, I thought the print would be thick and not breathable, but fortunately it was printed and the material was the same, so I really liked that part haha. I was worried... Anyway, I enjoy wearing cropped t-shirts, so it would be nice if there were more different types. It would be nice to have cropped t-shirts that are a little tighter and shorter. This dress is short, but the fit is a bit awkward because my chest circumference is wide. I'm thin and my upper body is short. Or, if you have big breasts or are short, the fit might be a bit awkward...? I'm confused (that's my body type.) Anyway, if you're ordering, please keep that in mind. Anyway, I like it overall, so I'm going to reorder it with other clothes haha.

The staff at marpple kindly called me to tell me that the printing method was different from the t-shirts they had made before. At first, I was out of the office because I don't answer my phone well, but they left a message that they had contacted me via text, so I was able to call them back.
