All of Marpple’s products are personalized products required by customers. Therefore, we do not accept returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the products at cs@marpple.com with pictures of the damaged items.

Please note that design edits are only available at the stage of 'Order Placed'. During the ‘Processing’ stage, any design changes or cancellation is not available. If you need design changes after your order please contact us through our chat system or via email.

Why did I find out about this place now ㅠㅠ It's so good! ! I wanted to make a fabric poster instead of a kitchen curtain, so I looked it up, but the production was so expensive.. I was about to give up when I found this place, and they said they'd make it in a week if I just put in the picture I wanted! ! The size was perfect too ❤️❤️ I just put a horizontal picture on a vertical poster, but they kindly called me and asked if I had made the picture horizontally, and they said they'd drill a hole for me ㅠㅠ (I'm touched) The hole was covered so well that it didn't interfere with the picture at all ㅎㅎ I'm going to order again later if I get the chance ~~ I can't go to the beach often in the summer, so I replaced it with a poster, and it's so cool! Thank you 😁

ㅋㅋ I ordered a standing first row seat when Benson visited Korea, but I didn't have high expectations, but the size is huge and the printing(?) is so good that I really like it ㅋㅋ Next time I get a standing first row seat, I think I'll ask for a custom order. Seriously ㅠ If you see a video of Benson visiting Korea on Instagram and he's holding a slogan, you can know that it's been removed ㅋ큐ㅠ But even when I watch it again, the sudden ㅋㄱ shot is so funny ㅋㄱㅅ
