Product Info
back
  • Where can I find the product information?

It’s always a good idea to check out a product’s features, before you buy.
You’ll find product information right below the product preview under Features.

  • What does “Custom Made On-Demand” mean?

Each item on Marpple is printed especially for you once you place an order. This means each item is only printed and assembled after you order it. So everything you order from Marpple is made exactly to your specifications.

  • Are all the T-shirts made with 100% cotton?

Mostly. Most of our basic men’s, women’s & kid’s tees are cotton. There are a few exceptions to this, but that is clarified in the “Product Info” when you toggle between styles.

It’s also important to note that all of our fill-bleed garments are constructed from a polyester blend, which allows for the embedded and flowy sublimation prints.

  • Will the real product look exactly like it appears online?

At Marpple, we do everything we can do to make sure your product looks exactly the way it was designed. That said, there may be some small differences between your virtual product and the final production piece due to the movement of fabric during the printing process and slight shrinking during the steaming process. In addition, garment pattern pieces must be cut with the correct grain of the fabric. This may cause alignment issues in certain areas of the garment, for example: where the sleeve meets the shirt at the armhole, or any place where a dart, pocket, or gathering is added.

  • What’s that smell?

Upon arrival, you may find your t-shirt comes with something extra. Extra residue and any strange odors are caused by the process used to print the design. Washing your new tee in cold water and hanging it to dry should do the trick.

  • How should I wash my printed garments?

We use the latest direct-to-garment (DTG) printing technology to offer a wide variety of printable garments and design color options at an affordable price. The DTG ink in this process is different from the ink screen printers use. Keep in mind that the original manufacturer's care instructions don't take into consideration the DTG printing process.

Be wary of washing and drying on a high setting, especially when the garment is 100% cotton. High-temperature washes can fade and crack the print, and a high-temperature dryer settings can shrink the garment, as well as damage the print.

In order for you to prolong the life of your custom print, we suggest following the care instructions below:

    help_pc_imghelp_m_img

    • Machine wash cold, inside-out,
    • Gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors.
    • Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary.
    • No fabric softeners. Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life.
    • Cool iron inside-out if necessary.
    • Do not iron decoration. Do not dry clean.

We recommend that you wash all of your Marpple garments in cold water and line dry. Not only is this great for the environment, but it will ensure the longevity of your prints, not matter what type of product you’ve purchased. Heat is used to apply the designs, so it can also affect how well and how long your print wears.
Sublimation apparel can be washed at any temperature setting without affecting quality. But we recommend washing with similar colors, as the polyester fabric may make colors run. High temperatures during washing and drying may shrink the fabric.
