  • Do I need to set up an account?

    To make purchases on Marpple.com you do not need to register.

  • Account Confirmation

    Before you can make your design available for sale, you will need to confirm your email address. Head on over to the My Store page and click on Confirm Your Email Address. You should receive a confirmation email shortly afterwards.

    If you don’t receive the email within 1-2 minutes, try the following:

    • Make sure your email address has been entered correctly - check spelling, spaces and upper or lower cases. Then send the confirmation again.
    • Check the junk mail folder in your email.
    • Try entering another email address, save your changes, then send the confirmation again.
  • I am not registered. Which e-mail should I use?

    Choose an e-mail address you check often, as all communication linked to this order (e-mails with shipping information, refund confirmations in case of return) will be sent to this address.

  • Can I change my email address?

    No, you cannot change email address. You’re welcome to cancel your current account, then create a new account with a new username and the correct email address.

  • What are the advantages of registering?

    Shopping is even simpler and quicker through MARPPLE:- save your shipping address, it will be already filled out for you next time- receive promotions and exclusive advantages- keep your favorite products in your Wish List.
