  • Do you accept PayPal?

    Yes, we accept PayPal.

  • What methods of payment do you accept?

    We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We also accept PayPal.We do not accept cash, checks, money orders, or purchase orders.

    All online transactions must be linked to a billing address, so make sure you’re entering the billing address just as it appears in your credit card details.
    If you’re paying with a pre-paid debit card, you must register them before using them for online purchases. You can do this by following the instructions on the card or contacting the card company’s support team.

    Please note:
    We do not accept multiple forms of payment for a single purchase.

  • When will my card be charged?

    Your card will be charged right after you place your order.

  • Do you have discounts for large orders?

    No, we do not discount for large orders. However, if you are looking for wholesale printing, we do offer that service. You can contact our wholesale department via email: cs@marpple.com.

  • Where do I find a coupon?

    Coupons can frequently be found on our website and through email newsletters. Enter coupons at the checkout in the “Promo Code” box. Coupons cannot be combined with sale prices.

  • Is my payment secure?

    Yes, it is 100% secure.
    We work with one of the leading global payment providers – Stripe. Stripe is Level 1 PCI certified (the highest level attainable), and uses the most up-to-date SSL and encryption security techniques to ensure all payments flowing through their platform are protected.

  • Having trouble checking out?

    Here are some things to keep in mind as you place an order:

    • If you have entered invalid or incomplete details when placing an order, the fields needing attention will be highlighted in red.
    • The billing address must be the address registered with your bank, even if you choose to ship your order elsewhere.
    • Credit card information needs to be entered correctly without spaces.
  • Pending and Duplicate charges

    When you make a purchase online, your bank or card issuer is contacted to confirm that your payment is valid. The bank then holds the funds until the transaction processes or the authorization expires. Even if your transaction is declined, the hold may still appear on your statement, depending on your bank’s policies.

    Please be assured this is not an actual charge.

    • If the hold remains there longer than expected, please contact your bank directly.
    • If you experience difficulties checking out with PayPal, please contact the PayPal support team directly.
  • Can I cancel my order?

    You may change or cancel your order within twenty-four (24) hours of submitting it. After your order is sent to production, you cannot cancel or change it.
