  • When will I receive my order?

    All Marpple's products are made to order.
    Once your order is shipped, standard shipping time applies. You can always click the link in your confirmation email to visit your order summary page for the updates on the status of your ordered items.

    Keep in mind that delivery time on some international orders may take slightly longer – up to 4 weeks to certain countries depending on customs regulations. Please contact us if your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time.

  • How long does the printing usually take?

    Since we print to order, printing times can vary. Our current printing schedules takes about 3-5 business days for apparels. Mug, canvases, fabrics, hats and phone cases also takes about 3-5 business days. These estimates do not include transit time.

  • What type of shipping options do you provide?

    We offer Economy Shipping or Express Shipping.

  • Can I track my order?

    We rely on a global network of shipping services as well as local postal services to get your order to your doorstep as soon as possible. For this reason, tracking is not always available.

    If your order is being sent by a trackable service (Expedited Shipping), there details will be included on your orders page as well as on the shipping email we send you.

  • Where is my order now?

    To see the exact status of your order, click on the blue link on your confirmation email which will take you to your order summary page.

  • Can I change shipping method?

    To change the shipping method on your order, you will need to cancel your initial order and place a new order.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    We ship to most countries, all over the world, with the exception of countries where we are prohibited from shipping based on international agreements.

  • Local Taxes and Customs Fees.

    We produce and ship all of our products from South Korea. You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. You must bear additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

    Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from Marpple.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

  • How much does it cost to ship to my country?

    The shipping costs vary and depending on your choice;Economy Shipping or Express Shipping.

    Shipping costs for your order are always displayed in the order breakdown on the checkout page. Your shipping price depends on multiple criteria, including your shipping address, shipping method and number of items in your order.

  • Can I pay extra for expedited shipping?

    We now have new shipping options! Since we print to order, and want to ensure that you receive the best quality possible, shipping times can vary based on the current order volume and the shipping option selected.

    You will receive a shipping confirmation email at the address you provided which will contain your tracking information.

  • I need to change my shipping address.

    You can only change your shipping address if your items have not been sent to production.
    Please click the blue button in your confirmation email to visit your order summary page where you can change your shipping address. Click the “Update your address” link to change your shipping details.

    If you do not see the editing option, it means your order has been sent to production and we can unfortunately no longer make any changes to your shipping address.

    Please note:
    Because of the shipping, we cannot change your delivery country.

  • I’m being asked to pay a customs fee to receive my package, can you help?

    While we cannot be responsible for import taxes charged by your government, please contact us through cs@marpple.com with a scan or photo of the customs receipt showing the charge, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

  • What happens if the item was “Returned to Sender”?

    If your order has been deemed undeliverable by the postal service and returned to us, we will ship it back to you at no additional cost. If you would prefer a refund, we would be happy to refund you in full for the cost of the item(s).

  • Can I send someone a gift directly?

    Yes, you can. You’ll just need to enter your giftee’s shipping address at checkout.
    Don’t worry - your invoice won’t be included in the package. It should have been sent in your order confirmation email.

  • Do you offer gift wrap?

    Not at this time. We don’t currently offer gift wrapping or custom notes.
