Can I order multiple items?
Yes, you can! On the product page, select the style, size and color of the items you would like to order, and click on the green "Add to cart" button to add them to your cart. Feel free to browse other products in our categories. When you are finished shopping, you can proceed to checkout by clicking on the shopping cart icon in the upper right corner of the product page, and then clicking on the green "Checkout" button.
How much does printing cost? Will it cost more to print more colors?
The cost of printing is included in the production price of each style. This is always quoted when you’re creating your campaign. We charge rates independent of the color count. A different rate for two-sided prints is also reflected in the production price.
Can I change the seller design?
No. Each design on Marpple is 100% owned by the seller (artist) who created it. So it’s up to them which product styles, size, and colors are available for sale on Marpple.com.
I’d like to change my order items. Can I still do this?
Yes, you can do so if your items have not been sent to production. Please click the blue button in your confirmation email to visit your personalized tracking page where you can change your order items.
If you would like to add another item to your order, we encourage you to create a new order. If you wish to change the style or color, we encourage you to cancel your order and create a new one while the campaign is still running.
If you do not see the editing option, it means unfortunately we can no longer make any modifications to your order – we've already started printing it in the hope of getting it to you as soon as possible!
I just realized that I ordered the wrong size. Can I change it?
Yes! You are able to update your sizing information before your items have gone into production. Just click the blue button in your confirmation email to visit your personalized order summary page where you can change your details.
If you do not see the editing option, it means unfortunately we can no longer make any modifications to your order as your items have already been sent to print.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
We guarantee the quality of all our products. We will provide refunds within 30 days if a product is damaged or significantly different than what is displayed on the product page.
I received the wrong size or color.

What happens if my item is damaged?
If you receive a damaged item, we will replace the item, provided we have the inventory, at no additional cost. The damaged item need not be returned to Marpple. If we are unable to replace the shirt, we will refund you in full, shipping included.Please contact our department via email:email@example.com
You made a mistake on my order.
If it has to do with specific colors of ink or the shirt, the digital images we display have the most accurate color possible. However, due to differences in computer monitors, we cannot be responsible for variations in color between the actual product and your screen.
If you receive the wrong item or if there is a defect in any way, please contact us via email:firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will work with you to make it right. Often, this will simply require that you send us a pic of our error so we can a) verify your claim and b) shame the offending department. There is no need to send it back to us, please donate the items to a local charity or someone in need as part of our Hope Gives policy.
What happens if my item is damaged after washing?
Marpple is not responsible for damage incurred by washing or natural wear and tear. We strongly suggest following the care instructions found on the inside label of the item.
To best preserve the quality of your Marpple apparel, we recommend washing it on a cold cycle, inside out, and without tumble drying. By saving energy and protecting the environment, you can give your garments the longest life possible.
