I ordered a custom-made piece for my trip to Waterbomb. It was my first time ordering a custom item, so I had a lot of questions, but the staff kindly explained everything step-by-step during the consultation. In particular, I switched to embroidery, and the texture is so vivid that it was easily visible even from a distance. (I think our Rio might have seen it too 🥹) I’d love to try ordering other things later ☺️ I think I’ll continue to use this well in the future. I recommend it. 👍🏻
