I ordered a custom-made one for my trip to Waterbomb. It was my first time ordering a custom item, so I had a lot of questions, but the staff kindly explained everything step-by-step during the consultation.
In particular, I switched to embroidery, and the details are so vivid that it was easily visible even from a distance.
(I think our Rio saw it too 🥹) I think I will continue to use it well. I recommend it. 👍🏻
