Preparing Your Design File
- You can upload PNG or JPG files when uploading your image in the Marpple Editor.
- Please prepare images with a minimum size of 2,500px. (based on approx. 20cm print size)
- Enlarging a small image to meet size requirements may result in poor print quality.
- Do you have a professional print file (PDF, AI, PSD)? After completing your order with the Marpple Editor, please send the original file along with your order information (order number / name / contact information) to our customer service email (help@marpple.com) or via 1:1 chat.
Important Notes
- The actual print colors may differ depending on your monitor or mobile screen.
- Digital images created using drawing or design software (not photographs) may print with duller colors than expected. Please check with our customer support for more details.
- Depending on the production time or environment, there may be color differences even if the file is the same as the one used for previously produced items.
- If you have a specific print placement in mind, please leave a note in the [Production Request] section of your order, or contact us via 1:1 chat or email (help@marpple.com).
- Please make sure to check the actual product size before ordering.
Exchange / Return(Refund) Policy
All of Marpple’s products are personalized products required by customers. Therefore, we do not accept
returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the
products at cs@marpple.com with pictures of the damaged items.
Please note that design edits are only available at the stage of 'Order Placed'. During the ‘Processing’ stage, any design changes or cancellation is not available. If you need design changes after your order please contact us through our chat system or via email.

This is a zip-up hoodie produced by Timberfit Nonhyeon Store to commemorate Nonhyeon Games, and I am very satisfied because the quality is much better than I expected🔥
It is great for throwing on lightly when going to the gym or for everyday wear, and the fabric is sturdy, so it is versatile enough to wear for various occasions!
What I liked most was that the total length isn't excessively long, so it doesn't look bulky and falls cleanly👍
If you wear your true size, it gives a perfect basic fit, and if you go up one size, it comes out nicely as a natural oversized fit :)
It captures the authentic Timberfit Nonhyeon Store (Nonhyeon Games) merchandise vibe, so I think I will wear this for a long time💚

I made this as a sample for the first time to give it a group class feel. It's a slightly thin zip-up hoodie, so it's perfect for spring, autumn, or cold summer. The print turned out well and looks nice, so I'm planning to order more.

Seriously, this is the first time I've ever worn a zip-up hoodie with such a nice fit!
I'm so glad I chose the two-way zipper haha.
I'm a size 55, so wearing an S gives me just the right amount of an oversized fit, and the light melange color is so pretty!!
I added my favorite cherry sticker, and it looks super cute.
The hoodie is so great that I think it would be perfect as a couple item too!!

Even though it's just a line drawing, it came out clear and beautiful! And the hoodie!! If you buy the wrong one, the hood can be small and awkward to fit, but this one fits beautifully and loosely, and the material isn't prone to pilling or stretching, so I'm completely satisfied. This was my first custom order, so I needed to make some adjustments because it wasn't suitable for printing. But instead of just sending it away, they carefully explained the details over the phone and reflected them. I'm so grateful! I'll be ordering from you again. Good luck!!!
