Washing Method

  • Hand wash or dry cleaning recommended
  • When washing the printed product, turn it inside out and wash it in cold water.
  • When using an iron, place a cloth on the printed product and iron it at 150℃ or lower.
  • For detailed washing methods, refer to the handling precautions label on the inside of the garment.
  • After washing, dry it in the shade. Avoid using a dryer because it could cause the product to deform.

All of Marpple’s products are personalized products required by customers. Therefore, we do not accept returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the products at cs@marpple.com with pictures of the damaged items.

I bought it as a family group t-shirt to wear when I went out with my dog. The stitches are well organized and the fabric is solid and not flimsy. The thickness is not too thin, so you can wear this sweatshirt alone in the fall, and it is not too thick even if you wear it as an inner layer in the winter. When I received it, my whole family loved it because it had a big face the size of a cat. Haha. Also, the picture was darker than expected, so I contacted the person in charge, and they printed all four clothes on new clothes and sent them back to me. I was very satisfied with the clothes after contacting them 1:1 and interviewing them about the brightness and location, and receiving confirmation. I think it would be better to just choose the location recommended by the staff!!! I will purchase again next time, thank you!

It's lighter than I thought with the right amount of bristles! The sleeves were longer than I thought~. The overall fit is great! If a woman has an average body type, size M seems to be appropriately boxy. For men, L seems to fit the average(?) body type, but if you exercise a bit and are big, it would be better to go for XL! The design came out really well, and for the price, the quality is really good! I have no regrets about making it at Marpple!

It was meaningful and nice to be able to try on clothes designed with a photo of my favorite dog. There were a lot of pretty free designs, and the variety of fonts was great for decorating. The product quality is also good. The fleece was soft and the oversized fit was pretty when I tried it on. I think I'll be ordering either summer clothes or a keyboard pad next time.

It's so cute, the material of the clothes is good, the photos came out really pretty, and the staff here are so friendly... Just order it and you'll understand. It's a shame that I ordered it without knowing it was a kimono and it was a kimono, so it's a shame... I'll just wear short sleeves when I'm free. I'll rework it some more haha.
