Preparing Your Design File
- You can upload PNG or JPG files when uploading your image in the Marpple Editor.
- Please prepare images with a minimum size of 2,500px. (based on approx. 20cm print size)
- Enlarging a small image to meet size requirements may result in poor print quality.
- Do you have a professional print file (PDF, AI, PSD)? After completing your order with the Marpple Editor, please send the original file along with your order information (order number / name / contact information) to our customer service email (help@marpple.com) or via 1:1 chat.
Important Notes
- The actual print colors may differ depending on your monitor or mobile screen.
- Digital images created using drawing or design software (not photographs) may print with duller colors than expected. Please check with our customer support for more details.
- Depending on the production time or environment, there may be color differences even if the file is the same as the one used for previously produced items.
- If you have a specific print placement in mind, please leave a note in the [Production Request] section of your order, or contact us via 1:1 chat or email (help@marpple.com).

Exchange / Return(Refund) Policy
All of Marpple’s products are personalized products required by customers. Therefore, we do not accept
returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the
products at cs@marpple.com with pictures of the damaged items.
Please note that design edits are only available at the stage of 'Order Placed'. During the ‘Processing’ stage, any design changes or cancellation is not available. If you need design changes after your order please contact us through our chat system or via email.

I made a couple t-shirt that my boyfriend and I can wear in everyday life. I am satisfied because it turned out exactly as I designed it. I thought the man-to-man would be thick because it is made of fleece, but it is thinner than I thought. I think it would be perfect for spring and fall. It took about 9 days including the weekend for delivery. I will try again next time I have something to make.

First of all, the man-to-man is US size, so it is one size larger than the basic Korean size. If you want to wear it in a regular size, it would be better to go down one size.
(It is good to wear it loosely, but the arms are long)
This time, the print is not like it is painted on the clothes, but it is attached like a sticker, which gives it a neater feel.
Both have pros and cons, right? I like the print, but one thing that is disappointing is that I thought the print size would change depending on the size of the clothes, but the print in S~XL is the same size, so the print on clothes with larger sizes looks small. Maybe it is because I did not request it separately.
If you just pay attention to the washing instructions, I think you can wear it for a long time. Thank you.
