Exchange / Return(Refund) Policy

All of Marpple’s products are personalized products required by customers. Therefore, we do not accept returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the products at cs@marpple.com with pictures of the damaged items.

Please note that design edits are only available at the stage of 'Order Placed'. During the ‘Processing’ stage, any design changes or cancellation is not available. If you need design changes after your order please contact us through our chat system or via email.

When I was pregnant with my second child, I'd never done any pregnancy-related events like "Imming Out" before, thanks to my husband's reckless behavior. So, I was thinking about something unique and fun that everyone would enjoy, and I ended up making this outfit! I always make the designs I want, so I only use Maple when I need them, even if it's not often!! Sometimes, people who see my blog or Instagram ask if they can make and upload the same outfits, and I agree to that and take a look. Many people make subtle changes, like different fonts or colors. While browsing reviews, I was surprised to see someone who had the exact same outfit color and overall layout as me, so I decided to write this!

I recently had custom t-shirts made for a family gathering, and I was very satisfied with the results! The quality was much better than I expected, and the material was very comfortable. I was especially impressed by the meticulous attention to location adjustments during the production process. The person in charge personally called me to carefully check the location adjustments, so that the names and designs of all family members were accurately displayed on the t-shirts. Thanks to this, the whole family was happy and wore the wonderful t-shirts. I loved this experience so much that I plan to make additional family t-shirts in the future. I would definitely use them again!

I bought it as baby clothes. I ended up buying it in a size that was too small. It's turned into dog clothes haha. Where on earth is your face? haha For others, be sure to choose your size carefully. The dog's arms are too stiff, so I have to cut them off and put them on. It's not a complete dog suit, but I need to remodel it well and wear it. Still, the clothes are so cute.
