All of Marpple’s products are personalized products required by customers. Therefore, we do not accept returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the products at cs@marpple.com with pictures of the damaged items.

Please note that design edits are only available at the stage of 'Order Placed'. During the ‘Processing’ stage, any design changes or cancellation is not available. If you need design changes after your order please contact us through our chat system or via email.

The tin case on the right was ordered in November 2021, and the one on the left was ordered in October 2025. I'm still using the 2021 tin case, but the one delivered on October 30th 2025 had a warped lid after just one opening (lifting), perhaps due to the thin metal. The warped lid causes a jam that prevents it from opening or closing. Even comparing photos of the 2021 and 2025 tin cases, you can see the difference in thickness. The artists I know are obsessed with Marpple, and I have a strong trust in Marpple myself. I also sell them on the Marpple Shop, so I'd appreciate it if you could consider correcting the issue.

This is my first time making a sliding tin case. Since it is a sliding type, I was worried that the case itself might be defective. The printing was so clear and clean that I couldn't believe it was a tin case. Also, the sliding case itself is of good quality, so I think I will use it well. It's smaller than I thought, so check carefully before buying!! It was perfect for me as a gift with a peak case!!! The length was about two finger joints and the width was about two fingers?!!! The printing really doesn't peel off and it's the best!!! I was worried that the lid would fly off because it's a sliding type, but the lid closes tightly, so I don't think I have to worry!!!🫶
