Preparing Your Design File
- You can upload PNG or JPG files when uploading your image in the Marpple Editor.
- Please prepare images with a minimum size of 2,500px. (based on approx. 20cm print size)
- Enlarging a small image to meet size requirements may result in poor print quality.
- Do you have a professional print file (PDF, AI, PSD)? After completing your order with the Marpple Editor, please send the original file along with your order information (order number / name / contact information) to our customer service email (help@marpple.com) or via 1:1 chat.
Important Notes
- The actual print colors may differ depending on your monitor or mobile screen.
- Digital images created using drawing or design software (not photographs) may print with duller colors than expected. Please check with our customer support for more details.
- Depending on the production time or environment, there may be color differences even if the file is the same as the one used for previously produced items.
- If you have a specific print placement in mind, please leave a note in the [Production Request] section of your order, or contact us via 1:1 chat or email (help@marpple.com).
- Please make sure to check the actual product size before ordering.
Exchange / Return(Refund) Policy
All of Marpple’s products are personalized products required by customers. Therefore, we do not accept
returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the
products at cs@marpple.com with pictures of the damaged items.
Please note that design edits are only available at the stage of 'Order Placed'. During the ‘Processing’ stage, any design changes or cancellation is not available. If you need design changes after your order please contact us through our chat system or via email.

I thought it was embroidery, but it turned out to be a print, so I was a bit disappointed; however, the quality turned out not bad. I wish you would add embroidery to the purchase options so I don't get confused when ordering. Also, is there absolutely no design option for the side of the hat?

The front of the ball cap features a large, bold character, Jjidaeng. The embroidery is so vivid and solid, it feels luxurious. 🧢✨
When I received it, the colors were exactly as I saw on the monitor, which was very satisfying.

Wow,,, this is really awesome! Since I have a big head, it's always hard to find a hat that fits my face shape, but this hat can be made with my own customization, and the size is perfect!!!!^^
This color is good, and it looks even prettier when I receive it than in the picture!! Hats are a must in the summer, so it's great that you can get them in different colors!!!
