Exchange / Return(Refund) Policy

All of Marpple’s products are personalized products required by customers. Therefore, we do not accept returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the products at cs@marpple.com with pictures of the damaged items.

Please note that design edits are only available at the stage of 'Order Placed'. During the ‘Processing’ stage, any design changes or cancellation is not available. If you need design changes after your order please contact us through our chat system or via email.

The front of the ball cap features a large, bold character, Jjidaeng. The embroidery is so vivid and solid, it feels luxurious. 🧢✨ When I received it, the colors were exactly as I saw on the monitor, which was very satisfying. The ball cap itself is lightweight and comfortable, so I can wear it for long periods without any discomfort. The character makes it the perfect statement piece! Wow,,, this is really awesome! Since I have a big head, it's always hard to find a hat that fits my face shape, but this hat can be made with my own customization, and the size is perfect!!!!^^ This color is good, and it looks even prettier when I receive it than in the picture!! Hats are a must in the summer, so it's great that you can get them in different colors!!! I gave it to a friend as a gift, and she was really satisfied!!!

I asked for embroidery, but they called and informed me that embroidery would not work because the letters would be blurry. So, I received the printed one, and I was satisfied with how well it came out without regretting that I couldn't embroider it. I'm using it well. I liked the friendly guidance.
