I went out of my way to send the photos with brighter settings and aligned the cat photo with the bottom edge, but the result is absolutely terrible.
I understand that photo brightness can vary, but isn't this a bit too excessive?
They even displayed only the 5-star reviews and completely hid the 1-star ones. Considering this is a 30,000 won item including shipping, I think this is seriously wrong.
