All of Marpple’s products are personalized products required by customers. Therefore, we do not accept returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the products at cs@marpple.com with pictures of the damaged items.

Please note that design edits are only available at the stage of 'Order Placed'. During the ‘Processing’ stage, any design changes or cancellation is not available. If you need design changes after your order please contact us through our chat system or via email.

I wanted to create a design I wanted using AI, print it on a shirt, and wear it, so I commissioned this service. The result... looks a bit like a sticker and feels stiff, but since screen printing isn't possible for just one shirt... It came out exactly as I intended... so it's okay... I like it... I'm happy to have made my own T-shirt with my own drawing... I want to wear it out and show it off...

The acid blue goes really well with the silver, reflective details, and glow-in-the-dark accents~ One of the glow-in-the-dark parts on the back is missing, but since it doesn't affect the overall look, I'll forgive it... ^^;; The material and feel of the t-shirt are better than I expected~ ^^ I'm also happy that the size turned out to be the loose fit I wanted~ ^^ Thank you~ ^^

The T-shirt material is much better than expected. It is 16-count fabric, but it is not too thick or heavy, making it cool and comfortable to wear in the summer. The print color quality is also vivid and I am satisfied. I also really liked the service of communicating with the customer before printing to ensure the best possible result.
