Product Precautions

Please make sure to check the production guide before ordering.
The minimum production size of the sticker part is 20 x 20mm, and it can be manufactured up to 34 x 46mm.
A 2mm margin on all sides cannot be edited.
Due to the nature of the product, the finished sticker size may vary by 1–3mm.
Slight misalignment may occur during the production process.
Minor white shifting may appear in printing.
The backing paper will be removed before shipping.
Shipped in sets of 5 sheets, packaged together in an OPP bag.

Precautions for Purchase

A purchase order made by a minor may be cancelled by the same minor or his/her guardian if his/her guardian has not consented to such purchase.

Production guide

1. Automatic knife line generation editor

When you upload an image in the editor, an automatic cutting line (knife line) is generated based on the outline of the image.

2. If there is a large gap between images

Separated images are recognized as one design and a single knife line is created, even if they are widely spaced.

3. Images with shadows or indistinct areas

Images that contain blurry representations such as shadows may result in soft or thick knife lines. We recommend not including these elements for a cleaner result.

Information about production

Since all processes are automated, we do not provide guidance for separate requests or corrections.
Minor print color differences of the same image and a slight image shift about 1mm~3mm are not applicable to the refund policy.
Exchanges and refunds are not possible after the product is shipped, so please check once more before ordering.
