All of Marpple’s products are personalized products required by customers. Therefore, we do not accept returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the products at cs@marpple.com with pictures of the damaged items.

Please note that design edits are only available at the stage of 'Order Placed'. During the ‘Processing’ stage, any design changes or cancellation is not available. If you need design changes after your order please contact us through our chat system or via email.

The moment I received the key ring that reproduced the old green car license plate, I was delighted as it reminded me of the license plate of my family car when I was young. The classic green background, white letters, and even the number composition are expressed in detail, so it feels like a miniature version of an actual license plate. In particular, the letters engraved on the plastic material are neat and luxurious, and the fact that you can customize it with the number or phrase you want is a big advantage. When I had to leave my car key after parking in the parking lot, I had to explain what my car key was, but now that I have the number, that inconvenience has disappeared. It reminds me of my dad's car when I was young.💚 I wanted to make it more realistic, so I wanted to add scratches and a rusty feel, but I thought it would be difficult to express small details because it's engraved, so I designed it simply!! Simple is the best..👍🏻 This product itself is vintage itself. It's so pretty!!
