To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the products at cs@marpple.com with pictures of the damaged items.

Please note that design edits are only available at the stage of 'Order Placed'. During the ‘Processing’ stage, any design changes or cancellation is not available. If you need design changes after your order please contact us through our chat system or via email.

It came out much better than I expected. Thank you. I have one suggestion. I wish you had included a zoom function when users design directly. I edited and arranged each photo a little bit, but it's too hard to check the overlapping parts or the end processing of the photo itself. I'm satisfied with the product!

I ordered it with a baby photo!! It's pretty!! I ordered the wrong size so I reordered it :) I'm going to put it up in my room like a picture frame. It's cute. But the case came and I had to clean it. I wiped it with a wet tissue, but It got stuck... I guess I shouldn't wipe itㅠ

I am very satisfied because it came in the way I wanted. It looks like they printed white first and then added color on top of it, so maybe that's why it's not a bright red like the preview, but in reality it's all red. I personally don't like it. But the biggest charm is that it's a one-of-a-kind case. I even designed it myself! The buttons press well and the finish is nice! The case itself is transparent and clean, so next time I should just order a transparent case. It arrived exactly a week after I ordered it. I was very happy because the font had a pixel feel!

The finished quality is quite good! However, after about 3-4 months, it was baked like bread, perhaps due to the limitations of the jelly case ㅜㅠ The iPhone overheats a bit, so it can't be helped. Please change the material a little bit. I would appreciate it! But the quality is good, right? Have a drink~ Still, I think I'll keep using Maple. There's no other place that makes things as conveniently as this one, and the customer service is friendly. I love Maple! ❤️❤️

Honestly, I didn't expect much when I saw the price, but when I actually received it, I was a bit surprised by the quality. The material is good, and the printing is clear and good. The customized image is exactly what I wanted, so I'm satisfied. I think this level of quality is pretty good considering the price. I think I'll order it again next time.

It came out pretty. I am satisfied with the printed part. However, I ordered the pink body, and when I received it, if you look closely at the left side, the pink color is less and the white part looks like it has lines. I am not very sensitive, but once I found it, it bothered me. This is why I did not give it 5 stars. I think it would be good for sensitive buyers to consider it. Also, this part is weak, so it moves with a tingling sound when you flick it with your hand rather than being firmly fixed to the body. This is a phenomenon that also occurred in the genuine Samsung phone case I purchased (the double-sided tape did not stick well), so I cannot say that it is a problem with Maple, but this is also a regrettable point.
