Precautions

For bulk orders, please order one sample first to check the actual quality before proceeding.
If only one side is printed without back printing, it will be produced in the default white color.
Colors may vary slightly depending on monitor specifications.
As a paper product sensitive to temperature and humidity, it can tear easily and may curl over time. Returns or exchanges due to these issues are not possible.
The following examples are phenomena that can occur due to the nature of the process and are not considered defects. Please check before ordering:
- There may be dents, scratches, or pressure marks less than 5mm.
- Fine lines may be printed at the top and bottom of the product.
- The position of the image on the actual photo card may differ from the creation screen.
- There may be color differences between the front and back sides of the same image.
- For images with dark backgrounds, non-background areas may also appear relatively dark.
- White dots may appear on black backgrounds, and black dots may appear on white backgrounds.
- Small scratches or slight ink smudges may occur during the printing process.

Precautions for Purchase

A purchase order made by a minor may be cancelled by the same minor or his/her guardian if his/her guardian has not consented to such purchase.

Preparing Your Design File

You can upload PNG or JPG files when uploading your image in the Marpple Editor.
Please prepare images with a minimum size of 2,500px. (based on approx. 20cm print size)
Enlarging a small image to meet size requirements may result in poor print quality.
Do you have a professional print file (PDF, AI, PSD)? After completing your order with the Marpple Editor, please send the original file along with your order information (order number / name / contact information) to our customer service email (help@marpple.com) or via 1:1 chat.

Important Notes

The actual print colors may differ depending on your monitor or mobile screen.
Digital images created using drawing or design software (not photographs) may print with duller colors than expected. Please check with our customer support for more details.
Depending on the production time or environment, there may be color differences even if the file is the same as the one used for previously produced items.
If you have a specific print placement in mind, please leave a note in the [Production Request] section of your order, or contact us via 1:1 chat or email (help@marpple.com).

Exchange / Return(Refund) Policy

All of Marpple’s products are personalized products required by customers. Therefore, we do not accept returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the products at cs@marpple.com with pictures of the damaged items.

Please note that design edits are only available at the stage of 'Order Placed'. During the ‘Processing’ stage, any design changes or cancellation is not available. If you need design changes after your order please contact us through our chat system or via email.
