Product Precautions
- To help you confirm the final design, your custom design will be stamped on the product body during production.
Please note that some parts of the design may be slightly cut off due to product characteristics.
- Detailed images such as thin lines, narrow gaps, small letters, gradations, and elaborate graphics can be difficult to express.
- To prevent faint or uneven stamping, we recommend practicing several times before use.
- Ink may dry out when exposed to air. Please close the cap immediately after use to maintain quality.
- When using on items such as shipping boxes or cup holders, please apply the stamp on a flat surface before folding.
- White-colored cases may show dust or stains more easily. Please note that returns or exchanges due to such marks are not accepted unless defective.
- One refill lasts for approximately 400–500 uses, but this may vary depending on the pressure applied. Returns or exchanges for this reason are not accepted.
- This product is for paper use only and cannot be used on fabrics or smooth surfaces.
- Refill ink is not included and must be purchased separately.
- How to Refill Ink
- Please prepare the same type and color of self-inking stamp ink.
- Evenly apply the ink to the rubber surface where the text is engraved and allow it to absorb for about 5–10 minutes.
- Repeat this process 2 to 3 times for sufficient refilling.
Precautions for Purchase
- A purchase order made by a minor may be cancelled by the same minor or his/her guardian if his/her guardian has not consented to such purchase.
Printing information
Preparing Your Design File
- You can upload PNG or JPG files when uploading your image in the Marpple Editor.
- Please prepare images with a minimum size of 2,500px. (based on approx. 20cm print size)
- Enlarging a small image to meet size requirements may result in poor print quality.
- Do you have a professional print file (PDF, AI, PSD)? After completing your order with the Marpple Editor, please send the original file along with your order information (order number / name / contact information) to our customer service email (help@marpple.com) or via 1:1 chat.
Important Notes
- The actual print colors may differ depending on your monitor or mobile screen.
- Digital images created using drawing or design software (not photographs) may print with duller colors than expected. Please check with our customer support for more details.
- Depending on the production time or environment, there may be color differences even if the file is the same as the one used for previously produced items.
- If you have a specific print placement in mind, please leave a note in the [Production Request] section of your order, or contact us via 1:1 chat or email (help@marpple.com).
- Please make sure to check the actual product size before ordering.
Exchange / Return(Refund) Policy
All of Marpple’s products are personalized products required by customers. Therefore, we do not accept
returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the
products at cs@marpple.com with pictures of the damaged items.
Please note that design edits are only available at the stage of 'Order Placed'. During the ‘Processing’ stage, any design changes or cancellation is not available. If you need design changes after your order please contact us through our chat system or via email.

I made a character stamp that I made myself to use for my diary and letters!! I like big ones, so I made it square on purpose, and I'm so satisfied with it! I thought it wouldn't be possible to express small sparkles or round emojis, but they came out pretty and were printed cleanly without any disconnected parts. And I was worried that it would be hard to stamp because the area is large, but it's clear even if I press lightlyㅎㅎ It was my first time making a stamp, so I didn't know how to make it, so I asked for advice, and they were so kind and explained it in detail, so I was able to make it without difficulty👍👍👍 I liked it so much that I want to make a round stamp next timeㅎㅎ! I think it's a big advantage that you can make such cute stamps with just an image without having to work on a separate file, so I totally recommend it to those who find it difficult to use the program but need a stampㅎㅎ 🐰🐱 * This is a review written by an employee after actual use.
