Each refill allows for 400–500 uses, making it a long-lasting and efficient self-inking stamp that’s great for daily or professional use.

Product Precautions
- To help you confirm the final design, your custom design will be stamped on the product body during production.
Please note that some parts of the design may be slightly cut off due to product characteristics.
- Stamp case color is randomly assigned and cannot be selected. (White, Pink, Blue, Green, Purple, Yellow)
- Detailed images such as thin lines, narrow gaps, small letters, gradations, and elaborate graphics can be difficult to express.
- To prevent faint or uneven stamping, we recommend practicing several times before use.
- Ink may dry out when exposed to air. Please close the cap immediately after use to maintain quality.
- When using on items such as shipping boxes or cup holders, please apply the stamp on a flat surface before folding.
- White-colored cases may show dust or stains more easily. Please note that returns or exchanges due to such marks are not accepted unless defective.
- One refill lasts for approximately 400–500 uses, but this may vary depending on the pressure applied. Returns or exchanges for this reason are not accepted.
- This product is for paper use only and cannot be used on fabrics or smooth surfaces.
- Refill ink is not included and must be purchased separately.
- How to Refill Ink
- Please prepare the same type and color of self-inking stamp ink.
- Evenly apply the ink to the rubber surface where the text is engraved and allow it to absorb for about 5–10 minutes.
- Repeat this process 2 to 3 times for sufficient refilling.
Precautions for Purchase
- A purchase order made by a minor may be cancelled by the same minor or his/her guardian if his/her guardian has not consented to such purchase.
Printing information
Preparing Your Design File
- You can upload PNG or JPG files when uploading your image in the Marpple Editor.
- Please prepare images with a minimum size of 2,500px. (based on approx. 20cm print size)
- Enlarging a small image to meet size requirements may result in poor print quality.
- Do you have a professional print file (PDF, AI, PSD)? After completing your order with the Marpple Editor, please send the original file along with your order information (order number / name / contact information) to our customer service email (help@marpple.com) or via 1:1 chat.
Important Notes
- The actual print colors may differ depending on your monitor or mobile screen.
- Digital images created using drawing or design software (not photographs) may print with duller colors than expected. Please check with our customer support for more details.
- Depending on the production time or environment, there may be color differences even if the file is the same as the one used for previously produced items.
- If you have a specific print placement in mind, please leave a note in the [Production Request] section of your order, or contact us via 1:1 chat or email (help@marpple.com).
- Please make sure to check the actual product size before ordering.
Exchange / Return(Refund) Policy
All of Marpple’s products are personalized products required by customers. Therefore, we do not accept
returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the
products at cs@marpple.com with pictures of the damaged items.
Please note that design edits are only available at the stage of 'Order Placed'. During the ‘Processing’ stage, any design changes or cancellation is not available. If you need design changes after your order please contact us through our chat system or via email.

Recently, I've been writing down my to-do list simply because I have a lot of things to do, but when I check off things I haven't done, I feel uneasy for no reason 8ㅅ8 Even though I try my best to do everything I've written, there are days when I feel more tired than proud...;; I was wondering if there was a way to check off things more enjoyably, so I drew a rabbit that I like these days and made a stamp!! Stickers tend to disappear as you use them, but stamps are good because you can keep using them as long as there's ink, and the feeling when you stamp them and the grip of the stamp itself are great, so I'm really satisfiedㅎㅎ After I finished drawing and ordered, I was worried that the lines might be too thin, so I asked, but they responded very quickly and kindly, so I felt relieved and happy while waiting for the product😻 I asked about the thin lines and dots, and they came out pretty without any problems, so these days, I'm diligently using my to-do list as if I were stamping stamps. I'm going to consider the things I haven't done as if the rabbit ate them all ^_^ I've made many custom products so far, but Maple is definitely the easiest to make and the quality is the best. They also check my inquiries thoroughly! My friends liked it so much that they said it was cute and simple, so I think I'll make it again soon...♡⃜ * This is a review written by an employee after actually using it.
