All of Marpple’s products are personalized products required by customers. Therefore, we do not accept returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the products at cs@marpple.com with pictures of the damaged items.

Please note that design edits are only available at the stage of 'Order Placed'. During the ‘Processing’ stage, any design changes or cancellation is not available. If you need design changes after your order please contact us through our chat system or via email.

The stamp arrived. To be honest, I had high expectations. The mug turned out well, I liked the pouch, and I thought the Little HJY character itself was just so cute. But once I actually tried stamping with it, it was a little different from what I expected. Rather than saying it was pretty, well-made, or satisfactory, the first thought that crossed my mind was, "Ah, this is driving me crazy." I had only stamped it once on white paper, but it felt as if the scribbles my child had drawn around the age of two had suddenly come to life. Crooked hair. A round face. Awkward arms and legs. And a bright smile for no reason. It felt like the Jiyeon of those days had reappeared on the paper.

I printed this as birthday merchandise for a team member, and they really liked it. They tried it out and said the image was very clear. Hearing that they liked it so much it felt a shame to use made me feel good too, haha. The quality was higher than I expected. Also, it was made and delivered super fast!! It was great!!

I guess the problem was that I didn't follow the nukki exactly, so there's noise on the edges. I need to be careful because it looks different when I see it with my eyes and when I process it as a file. Still, I'm satisfied because it came out so cute!

I made this as a joke to give to a friend, but I was surprised at how much better the quality was than I expected. LOL. The quality of the stamp itself (when it was stamped) was amazing, and the staff were very friendly!!! However, the print quality was a bit disappointing. ㅠㅠ Still, the stamping process was fine. LOL. I'm satisfied.

I heard that a stamp was released on Maple!! I tried customizing it with my cute puppy, Hodoo. Hodoo's characteristic is that only his snout is white and his ears are light brown~ I was wondering how to express this characteristic in a stamp that can only express 1 degree, and I tried laying down a dot patternㅎㅎ When I actually received the product that was made, it was so well expressed as if the shade was expressed in tones in a cartoon!! I was worried that the dots would be small and squished, but each detail is alive. The dots came out evenly when I stamped them...!! Since it's a small size, it looks good to stamp on various places like checklists or diariesㅎㅎ It's hard to make only one stamp-like product, but I'm so happy that it's released on Mapleㅠㅠ Since you just have to upload an image, customization is so easy, so I definitely recommend it to those who want to stamp their diaries! * This is a review written by an employee after actual use.
