Precautions

When viewed closely, dot patterns may be visible in the print.
Two nail strips of the same design are manufactured and provided.
It is provided with vinyl attached to the fabricated gel strip to protect the product. Please use it after removing it.
Avoid exposure to sunlight (UV light), as it may harden the gel nail strips and make them unusable. Take care to protect the strips from UV exposure during storage and gel lamp use.
Store unused strips in the product case at room temperature (20–30°C). This helps maintain proper conditions and block UV rays. If the strips become stiff in colder temperatures, gently warm them to restore their flexibility.
Ensure your hands are clean and free of sweat, moisture, or hand cream before application. Use an alcohol swab to remove oils for better adhesion.
Do not use if you have nail/skin issues or gel allergies.
If you experience itching or other symptoms during use, stop immediately and consult a physician.
Production takes approximately 2–3 weeks after ordering.
Keep out of reach of children.
A gel lamp must be purchased separately.

For your precious designs a accurate production, please check the guide.

You can create your design by uploading PNG image files. White printing is added to the back side.
JPG files are made into custom gel nails, including the background.
Please arrange your design to fit the print area.
The front and back are printed with the same design.
Please refer to the nail direction for proper orientation.

Due to the difference in color mode, the screen color and the actual product may be slightly different.

The screen viewed on a monitor or smartphone is a digital color that represents the color of the web in RGB color.
The color of the product is CMYK color, which is a printable color that represents the actual color when printing
Due to the difference between the two color modes, certain colors may look darker.
In the case of special colors such as fluorescent and neon or black, the color displayed on the screen and the actual product color may be expressed differently.

Information about production

Since all processes are automated, we do not provide guidance for separate requests or corrections.
Minor print color differences of the same image and a slight image shift about 0.5mm are not applicable to the refund policy.
Exchanges and refunds are not possible after the product is shipped, so please check once more before ordering.

I did my first nail with Maple custom gel nail 💅 The customization process was fun, and it was so pretty once I put it on : ) As expected, Maple quality is the best 🩷 I did a couple nail to make memories with my mom and I'm very satisfied! I think it would be prettier if I customized it with a dark color! (Those who are thinking about customizing, please take note ㅎㅎ) I'm going to try it next time I travel with my friends!
