Cautions

The actual color of the product may differ from the model photos due to the lighting conditions at the photoshoot.
Due to printing characteristics, white images cannot be printed.
This product allows single-sided printing only, the back side is plain white.
Place important images at least 2cm inside the border.
The product may have a slight odor upon first opening. Please ventilate it sufficiently.
Friction may cause color transfer to other items.
We are not responsible for discoloration, stains, pilling, shedding, seam damage, or shrinkage caused by improper handling or washing.

Washing Instructions

Hand wash separately in cold water with a neutral detergent without chlorine or bleaching agents.
To prevent product deformation, use the wool cycle when washing in a washing machine.
Do not use bleach or soak in water for more than 30 minutes.
Do not boil or iron the product.
Avoid using a dryer.
Immediately dry the product in a shaded area after spinning.
Be cautious of color bleeding due to the absorbent nature of towels.
Water temperatures above 40°C may cause discoloration or damage, so take care when washing.

You can upload PNG or JPG files when uploading your image in the Marpple Editor.
Please prepare images with a minimum size of 2,500px. (based on approx. 20cm print size)
Enlarging a small image to meet size requirements may result in poor print quality.
Do you have a professional print file (PDF, AI, PSD)? After completing your order with the Marpple Editor, please send the original file along with your order information (order number / name / contact information) to our customer service email (help@marpple.com) or via 1:1 chat.

Important Notes

The actual print colors may differ depending on your monitor or mobile screen.
Digital images created using drawing or design software (not photographs) may print with duller colors than expected. Please check with our customer support for more details.

Exchange / Return(Refund) Policy

All of Marpple’s products are personalized products required by customers. Therefore, we do not accept returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the products at cs@marpple.com with pictures of the damaged items.

It was so beautifully made and the material was good. (I uploaded the review photo like this because I have a picture of my mother's face, but it was really beautifully made!) We used it well throughout the trip and the adults were very satisfied. In addition to the towel, we used it as a sunshade and to tie our hats so they wouldn't fly away. It was very useful!!
