Very thin lines or dashed lines may not be printed accurately.
Due to printing characteristics, white images cannot be printed.
Due to the nature of printing, actual product colors may differ from what is shown on the monitor.
Slight misalignment of 1–2cm may occur due to the product's design.
The mat is shipped folded, but it will return to its original size after being laid flat.
The mat may have a slight odor when first unpacked; please ventilate well before use.

Care Instructions

Turn the mat over and shake off large dust particles.
Use a vacuum cleaner or a brush to remove remaining dust.
Rinse with a high-pressure hose, then scrub gently with mild detergent and a soft brush.
Rinse thoroughly and dry in a shaded area.~~

Important Notes

The actual print colors may differ depending on your monitor or mobile screen.
Digital images created using drawing or design software (not photographs) may print with duller colors than expected. Please check with our customer support for more details.
Depending on the production time or environment, there may be color differences even if the file is the same as the one used for previously produced items.

Exchange / Return(Refund) Policy

All of Marpple’s products are personalized products required by customers. Therefore, we do not accept returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the products at cs@marpple.com with pictures of the damaged items.

It was originally intended for a doormat, but I ordered it as a toilet mat for my cat! My cat is so neat that he sprinkles sand all over the room when he comes out of the toilet, and the size of the mat in front of the toilet is really big, so it's great for preventing desertification :) The sand that falls on the mat can be removed immediately by lightly shaking the product, and the edges are finished with webbing, so it's very sturdy!
