Product Info

This soft-feel keyring is made of PVC material.
Each plate contains three keyrings, and the outer rectangular area is also printable.
You can use it as-is without detaching the keyrings, or detach and attach them with a ball chain or dog tag.
Customize your own unique keyring with your desired design, with production starting from just one piece.

Product precautions

Printed in full-color digital.
Shipped in individual OPP packaging.
Chains, such as ball chains or dog tags, are not included.
The actual color may differ slightly from the model photo due to shooting conditions.
The front and back differ in height; the front is slightly more three-dimensional, and the back is relatively flat.
Refunds and exchanges are not available for any print peeling or damage caused by usage.
Minor misalignment, slight scratches, dents, bubbles, and dust may occur due to the production process and are not grounds for refund or exchange.
High heat is used during production, so the edges may be uneven or slightly sharp, and print cracks may appear around compressed areas.

Preparing Your Design File

You can upload PNG or JPG files when uploading your image in the Marpple Editor.
Please prepare images with a minimum size of 2,500px. (based on approx. 20cm print size)
Enlarging a small image to meet size requirements may result in poor print quality.
Do you have a professional print file (PDF, AI, PSD)? After completing your order with the Marpple Editor, please send the original file along with your order information (order number / name / contact information) to our customer service email (help@marpple.com) or via 1:1 chat.

Important Notes

The actual print colors may differ depending on your monitor or mobile screen.
Digital images created using drawing or design software (not photographs) may print with duller colors than expected. Please check with our customer support for more details.
Depending on the production time or environment, there may be color differences even if the file is the same as the one used for previously produced items.
If you have a specific print placement in mind, please leave a note in the [Production Request] section of your order, or contact us via 1:1 chat or email (help@marpple.com).
Please make sure to check the actual product size before ordering.

Exchange / Return(Refund) Policy

All of Marpple’s products are personalized products required by customers. Therefore, we do not accept returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the products at cs@marpple.com with pictures of the damaged items.

Please note that design edits are only available at the stage of 'Order Placed'. During the ‘Processing’ stage, any design changes or cancellation is not available. If you need design changes after your order please contact us through our chat system or via email.
