Exchange / Return(Refund) Policy

All of Marpple’s products are personalized products required by customers. Therefore, we do not accept returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the products at cs@marpple.com with pictures of the damaged items.

Please note that design edits are only available at the stage of 'Order Placed'. During the ‘Processing’ stage, any design changes or cancellation is not available. If you need design changes after your order please contact us through our chat system or via email.

I wore matching t-shirts to commemorate my family trip, and the mood completely changed, and the photos turned out much better. I was so happy! Haha. My whole family was so excited and in a good mood throughout the trip, making this trip even more special! The fit is beautiful, and the fabric is sturdy, making it perfect for everyday wear. The neckline and print didn't fade even after washing, so I was really impressed with the quality. :) The oversized fit covers my body well, and it's comfortable for movement, so I can wear it for long periods without any discomfort. This was my first time ordering family t-shirts, and I was so happy with them that I'm planning to wear them again for my next family trip.

I had my first family t-shirt custom-made through Maple. Since my baby is only 15 months old, it was a bit tricky to choose the right size, but I ordered the smallest sweatshirt and it turned out beautifully, just like a dress. The logo and image I wanted were printed in high quality, so I felt proud wearing them. Next time, when we have a family celebration, I'll have to order t-shirts through Maple. Thank you for the great service! (I wish the product arrived a little earlier, haha.)

I was worried because the design on the front and back was around 40,000 won, but wow,,,,, I didn't have to worry! I really like the fabric and the printing!!!! It started to get a little warmer, so I just tried it on briefly, but I think I'll wear it a lot in the fall! I accidentally sent the logo on the chest with the design reversed, but you called to check itㅜㅜ I'm touched. The confirmation process was also thorough, so I was even more satisfied!!!>< So satisfied!!!! I'll order again!!
