Preparing Your Design File
- You can upload PNG or JPG files when uploading your image in the Marpple Editor.
- Please prepare images with a minimum size of 2,500px. (based on approx. 20cm print size)
- Enlarging a small image to meet size requirements may result in poor print quality.
- Do you have a professional print file (PDF, AI, PSD)? After completing your order with the Marpple Editor, please send the original file along with your order information (order number / name / contact information) to our customer service email (help@marpple.com) or via 1:1 chat.
Important Notes
- The actual print colors may differ depending on your monitor or mobile screen.
- Digital images created using drawing or design software (not photographs) may print with duller colors than expected. Please check with our customer support for more details.
- Depending on the production time or environment, there may be color differences even if the file is the same as the one used for previously produced items.
- If you have a specific print placement in mind, please leave a note in the [Production Request] section of your order, or contact us via 1:1 chat or email (help@marpple.com).
- Please make sure to check the actual product size before ordering.
Exchange / Return(Refund) Policy
All of Marpple’s products are personalized products required by customers. Therefore, we do not accept
returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the
products at cs@marpple.com with pictures of the damaged items.
Please note that design edits are only available at the stage of 'Order Placed'. During the ‘Processing’ stage, any design changes or cancellation is not available. If you need design changes after your order please contact us through our chat system or via email.

The quality is better than I thought, and most of all, the production process was simple so it didn't take much time! When we wear them together on our trip, the pictures come out pretty and we feel like we have better memories.

I copied my friends' faces and designed them one by one, and I like that the colors turned out just as I thought!
Usually, when I have them made, bright pinks or blues come out dull and dark, but they came out just as I designed them.
The delivery took about 3 days. It came faster than most clothing shopping malls, so I wondered if it was a goods siteㅋㅋㅋㅎ
My friends also said they were so cute, and I'm going to wear them together and play games during this summer vacation!
☆Size Tip!
: The large size is a bit big for people who are 160cm~165cm, so if you're petite, I recommend the M, and if you want to wear it loosely, I recommend the L!
: I ordered after looking at the detailed list, but the X-Large is too big for people who are over 165cmㅋㅋㅋㅋㅎ But it's pretty.

I originally washed it in cold water, but I was lazy so I washed it in hot water and put it in the dryer.
It got wrinkled after washing, but there was no damage to the printing at all. And I like it because it's big.

I really like it. I liked the fit so I bought it again. The XL size is hard to wear because the neck is too narrow, but it's strange that there is such a difference in one size.
