Washing Method

Please gently hand wash with warm water using a mild detergent.
Be careful not to soak it in water for too long during washing.
When washing the printed product, turn it inside out and wash it in cold water.
When using an iron, place a clean cloth on ironing surfface and then iron the printed product.
For detailed washing methods, refer to the handling precautions label on the inside of the garment.
After washing, dry it in the shade. Avoid using a dryer because it could cause the product to deform.

Preparing Your Design File

You can upload PNG or JPG files when uploading your image in the Marpple Editor.
Please prepare images with a minimum size of 2,500px. (based on approx. 20cm print size)
Enlarging a small image to meet size requirements may result in poor print quality.
Do you have a professional print file (PDF, AI, PSD)? After completing your order with the Marpple Editor, please send the original file along with your order information (order number / name / contact information) to our customer service email (help@marpple.com) or via 1:1 chat.

Important Notes

The actual print colors may differ depending on your monitor or mobile screen.
Digital images created using drawing or design software (not photographs) may print with duller colors than expected. Please check with our customer support for more details.
Depending on the production time or environment, there may be color differences even if the file is the same as the one used for previously produced items.

Exchange / Return(Refund) Policy

All of Marpple’s products are personalized products required by customers. Therefore, we do not accept returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the products at cs@marpple.com with pictures of the damaged items.

Since I'm small (155cm) ㅠㅠ, the length was a bit long. Other than that, the print quality is good, and the fabric is thick and sturdy, so I think I can wear it until autumn! I'm thinking of wearing it to a fan meeting later. I wrote "Gravure Model Mina-chan" in Katakana. Since my profession came from Japan, I thought writing it in Japanese would suit me. I did have to get the length altered, but I'm very satisfied.
