Product Info

This product is made from eco-leather, which does not use animal leather, thus supporting animal protection.
It is lighter than traditional leather and resistant to dirt, making it easy to maintain and suitable for frequent use.

Notice

The color of the item can appear different depending on the lighting at the shooting location.
Due to printing characteristics, images with lines thinner than 0.08mm are challenging to produce.
This prodcut is only available in one-color printing.
Even when ordering the same design, there may be slight color or position differences depending on the material.
If dirt occurs, gently wipe it away with a soft material such as a tissue or cloth dampened with water without alcohol.
Deep stains may cause discoloration, so promptly wipe them away with a dry cloth or tissue.
If moisture gets on the product, press it with a dry cloth to remove the moisture and then dry it in the shade.
Be careful not to damage the surface of the product by touching it with sharp objects such as pens or knives.

Please prepare images with a minimum size of 2,500px. (based on approx. 20cm print size)
Enlarging a small image to meet size requirements may result in poor print quality.
Do you have a professional print file (PDF, AI, PSD)? After completing your order with the Marpple Editor, please send the original file along with your order information (order number / name / contact information) to our customer service email (help@marpple.com) or via 1:1 chat.

Important Notes

The actual print colors may differ depending on your monitor or mobile screen.
Digital images created using drawing or design software (not photographs) may print with duller colors than expected. Please check with our customer support for more details.
Depending on the production time or environment, there may be color differences even if the file is the same as the one used for previously produced items.

Exchange / Return(Refund) Policy

All of Marpple’s products are personalized products required by customers. Therefore, we do not accept returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the products at cs@marpple.com with pictures of the damaged items.
