Cautions

The prodcution wil proceed with full-color stickers.
Even with the same product, there may be slight variations in color tone due to differences in natural materials and raw ingredients.
This is a natural aspect of the production process and does not constitute a defect.
Due to the characteristics of bamboo materials, patterns and colors may not be uniform. Additionally, variations such as knots and grain patterns are inherent to the wood itself and are not considered defects.
The depth of laser engraving may vary depending on each piece of wood.
Solid toothpaste: Suitable for children aged 6 and above. Please pay special attention to prevent swallowing by children.
Take out one tablet of toothpaste, chew it for few times with your teeth, brush your teeth and rinse with water.
Harmpless white crystals may occasionally form in solid toothpaste due to menthol volatilization, ensuring its safety for us.

Enlarging a small image to meet size requirements may result in poor print quality.

Important Notes

The actual print colors may differ depending on your monitor or mobile screen.
Digital images created using drawing or design software (not photographs) may print with duller colors than expected. Please check with our customer support for more details.
Depending on the production time or environment, there may be color differences even if the file is the same as the one used for previously produced items.

Exchange / Return(Refund) Policy

All of Marpple’s products are personalized products required by customers. Therefore, we do not accept returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the products at cs@marpple.com with pictures of the damaged items.
