- Discoloration or contamination due to usage does not constitute a product defect, therefore, it is not grounds for exchange or refund.

returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the
products at cs@marpple.com with pictures of the damaged items.
