Exchange / Return(Refund) Policy

All of Marpple’s products are personalized products required by customers. Therefore, we do not accept returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the products at cs@marpple.com with pictures of the damaged items.

Please note that design edits are only available at the stage of 'Order Placed'. During the ‘Processing’ stage, any design changes or cancellation is not available. If you need design changes after your order please contact us through our chat system or via email.

I asked for it urgently as I was preparing for my trip, and it arrived really quickly! This is my first time customizing, so I ordered white because I was worried that printing wouldn't work well on black, but looking at the printing condition, I think it would have been nice to print in black. I included an illustration, but the name tag is not large, so I think a simple logo or picture would be better than an illustration. And since the color saturation is higher than the original picture, I will have to refer to the finished product when ordering next time. I really like the name tag itself.
