Exchange / Return(Refund) Policy

All of Marpple’s products are personalized products required by customers. Therefore, we do not accept returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the products at cs@marpple.com with pictures of the damaged items.

Please note that design edits are only available at the stage of 'Order Placed'. During the ‘Processing’ stage, any design changes or cancellation is not available. If you need design changes after your order please contact us through our chat system or via email.

마플에서 50개 이상 다양한 품목 구입했는데 유일하게 불만족하는 제품입니다. 잿빛 아이보리: 사진으로 절대 표현안되는 꼬질한 색상. 흰 빨래랑 색깔 빨래 같이 돌려서 아이보리 세탁물에 검은빛 섞인 그런 잿빛 아이보리입니다. 사진으로 완화되는데 실물로 보면 바로 식별 가능해요. 흰색톤 아이보리 생각하시는 분들에게는 다른 색상 추천드려요. 촉감: 비슷한 제품 착용중인데 촉감이 톡톡하고 포근한 촉감이 아니고 부직포, 얇게 도포된 촉감입니다. 안감에 주머니도 있고 입으면 바로 따뜻한데 색상이랑 촉감이 너무 아쉬워요. 사진 함께 첨부하고 싶은데 현 시점 모바일에서 업로드가 안되네요.

First of all, the embroidery is high quality. The clothes are also of good quality. Honestly, instead of buying a regular brand like Police for 100,000 won, it seems like it's better to make your own design and wear it for cheaper and better quality. I highly recommend it! *Size is standard size! The author is 189cm 97kg 3XL (110) is perfect.

I really like this haha. In fact, all the fleece designs are out there these days, so I wanted to order something special and wear it, but I like it because it's so easy to make! There are so many different designs of patches, so I thought about it for a while and ended up making it cute like this haha. I really like it!!
