Exchange / Return(Refund) Policy

All of Marpple’s products are personalized products required by customers. Therefore, we do not accept returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the products at cs@marpple.com with pictures of the damaged items.

Please note that design edits are only available at the stage of 'Order Placed'. During the ‘Processing’ stage, any design changes or cancellation is not available. If you need design changes after your order please contact us through our chat system or via email.

It was a great opportunity to wear it! It's a pretty nice outfit! It's great to be active and warm! The sleeves are just right, so they aren't too big for the wind to come in. The patch was only placed on the arm! Instead of putting it directly into the fleece, put it somewhere else and then I think it's a method of sewing it onto clothes! I recommend it!

I found Marpple Shop because I thought it would be a good idea to make household items with cool designs with students at school. If you create your own ideas during after-school or club time and add them to the product you want, you can create your own unique design. Every time I play Marpple Shop, I have so much fun and look forward to the work time. The group tees and jackets are so pretty that you can design them with your own design! We also ordered these jackets to match our students. This jacket is so warm and soft that everyone is very satisfied. I think I will be able to spend this winter working warmly at school.^^
