All of Marpple’s products are personalized products required by customers. Therefore, we do not accept returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the products at cs@marpple.com with pictures of the damaged items.

Please note that design edits are only available at the stage of 'Order Placed'. During the ‘Processing’ stage, any design changes or cancellation is not available. If you need design changes after your order please contact us through our chat system or via email.

The fabric is sturdy and the lining is a very thin, brushed material. As the name suggests, this isn't your average cotton long-sleeved T-shirt; it's thicker and better. The image turned out beautifully, and even after several washes, it still holds up very well. It also has fluorescent printing, and I've never seen such high quality. I highly recommend it. The T-shirt itself is really nice. It's thick, so it's hot in the summer, but it doesn't wrinkle easily. This is my third order in the same material, and it doesn't stretch or shrink after washing. However, the printed image isn't centered, and there's a significant difference in the left and right margins. It's noticeable. ㅠㅠ If only these details could be fixed, I'd keep ordering, but I'm having trouble. ㅠㅠ

I made short sleeves in the summer, and the quality was so good that I chose thicker material to make them this winter as well. I was grateful that the design was carried out well, referring to what was done in the summer. The quality of the clothes is really good and the production quality is also very good, so I highly recommend it.
