All of Marpple’s products are personalized products required by customers. Therefore, we do not accept returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the products at cs@marpple.com with pictures of the damaged items.

Please note that design edits are only available at the stage of 'Order Placed'. During the ‘Processing’ stage, any design changes or cancellation is not available. If you need design changes after your order please contact us through our chat system or via email.

I made clothes with my dog and cat in them, and I'm so happy with them. Every time I wear them, it feels like I'm going out with them, which makes me feel even happier. The illustrations are so vivid and make me smile every time I look at them. I really love how these clothes feel so special!

First of all, it's been a while since I bought and wore it, and I'm very satisfied. My parents and younger brother ordered a sweatshirt to wear when they went out to play with the dog, and I bought a hoodie. What I wanted was not a hoodie with thin cotton that made a fuss and a hat with a pointless quilt!! I wanted an angled hood because it was just thick, so I picked it after choosing it. I am very satisfied with the result. It is thick, so it does not fray even if I wear it often, the seams are well organized, and the fabric is solid and not flimsy. I wore it well all winter haha. I will wear it again when winter comes. When I received it, my whole family loved it because it had a big face the size of a cat's face. They all said it was really cute and loved it haha. Also, the picture on the back was lower than I thought, so I told you about it, and it's free. New clothes. They printed a new copy and sent it to me again.. God Marpple.. Thank you. I contacted the person in charge 1:1, matched the pictures again, and adjusted the brightness. Thanks to you, I received clothes that I am very satisfied with. I'll buy short sleeves next time haha

It's really so prettyㅠㅠㅠ First of all, I was surprised at how good the hood material was! I wanted a soft, sturdy, and thick hood, and this is perfect. I bought it to give to my boyfriend. Still, I should have ordered one size larger. I thought it would be big because it's a loose fit, but it's not as big as I thought. I asked for an x-large size, but I was told it would be a loose fit and a large size. Still.. the printing is really.. it looks like clothes that are just sold somewhere.. I am very satisfied ㅠㅠ♥️♥️♥️
