Washing method

  • Dry cleaning or hand washing is recommended.
  • When washing the printed product, turn it upside down and wash it in cold water.
  • Bleach are not available.
  • When using an iron, place a cloth on the printed product and iron it at 150℃ or lower.
  • For detailed washing methods, please refer to the precautions label when handling the inside of the clothing.
  • After washing, dry it in the shade. Avoid using a dryer because it could cause the product to deform.

All of Marpple’s products are personalized products required by customers. Therefore, we do not accept returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the products at cs@marpple.com with pictures of the damaged items.

Please note that design edits are only available at the stage of 'Order Placed'. During the ‘Processing’ stage, any design changes or cancellation is not available. If you need design changes after your order please contact us through our chat system or via email.

진짜 너무이뻐요ㅠㅠㅠ 일단 후드 재질 너무 좋아서 놀랐어요! 퐁심퐁신하고 탄탄하고 두꺼운 후드 원했는데 딱 이에요 ㅎ 남자친구 주려고 구매했는데 그래도 한사이즈 좀 더 크게 시킬걸 그랬어요ㅠㅠ 루즈핏이라해서 클줄 알았는데 생각보다 엄청 크진 않네요.. 엑스라지 해달라는걸 루즈핏이라고 라지 맞을거라했는데 쩝.. 그래도.. 프린팅 정말.. 어디서 그냥 파는 옷같아요..대만족입니다 ㅠㅠ♥️♥️♥️

옷 질감,보온,무게,핏 모든게 완벽합니다 따듯한데 심지어 가벼워요 그리고 후드의 생명은 역시 모자 아닐까요? 흐물거리는 모자핏 진짜 안 좋아하는데 이건 뭐 두툼~한게 각도 딱 잡혀있고.. 그냥 저를 믿고 사보세요 후회는 없습니다!!!!! 그리고 샘플 제작때부터 질문도 진짜 많고 부탁도 많았는데 처음부터 끝까지 늘 친절하게 설명해주시고 안내해주셔서 감사합니다♥ 무엇보다 제작 희망 날짜를 요청드렸었는데 원래 계획보다도 더 일찍 완성해주셔서 저 너무 감덩했자나요🥹행복만 하세요 아! 그리고 샘플때랑 본품제작이랑 프린팅 방식이 중간에 바뀌어서 비교해볼 수 있었는데 구버전 방식은 깔끔한 대신 프린팅이 갈라질 것 같았다면 이건 프린팅 표면이랑 끝부분에 요철이 좀 있지만 갈라지진 않을 것 같네요! 더 잘 안떨어지는 좋은 방법으로 바꾸신거라하니 믿고 잘 입겠습니다!! 여름 단체티로 또 주문할게요💖

진짜진짜 너무 마음에 듭니다!!! 색깔이 예뻐서 일부러 사진 넣고 조금 크게 주문했는데 착용감, 촉감 너무 좋고 따숩습니다 이 후드티랑 같이 폰케이스도 주문했었는데 휴대폰 사이즈가 S21+치고 S21 사이즈 나오길래 S21로 케이스 주문했었는데 역시나 안맞더라구요 ㅠㅠ 그래서 폰케이스는 S21+로 재주문했습니다 전반적으로는 매우 만족합니다~~
