All of Marpple’s products are personalized products required by customers. Therefore, we do not accept returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the products at cs@marpple.com with pictures of the damaged items.

Please note that design edits are only available at the stage of 'Order Placed'. During the ‘Processing’ stage, any design changes or cancellation is not available. If you need design changes after your order please contact us through our chat system or via email.

I thought I had only used it for about a year, but three years have already passed... I came in to have it remade because the zipper was a bit worn, but I was surprised. Even though I use a top-loading washing machine and a dryer, the color hasn't faded and it is still in perfect condition. There is no lint either. Considering that I added more stuffing to the original cushion to increase its volume, it is no wonder the zipper started to come apart. It’s amazing that it remains intact considering I sleep with it every day for three years and wash it frequently. It is truly sturdy.

This time, I bought a suede horizontal cushion to match my boyfriend's couple items, and the product itself is really good in quality and the printing is meticulously done~! The size of the cushion is longer and softer than the cushion I already had, so it's perfect for putting on the sofa or as a bed pillow: ) I was especially surprised that Maple can be customized even in small quantities! I thought it would be burdensome to buy in large quantities, so I ordered a different color with the same design as my boyfriend for my personal collection, and it turned out to be a really special couple item~! The cushion cover is made of ultra-fine suede, so it's really soft and fluffy, and I was so happy that they responded to inquiries quickly during the production process. There are so many customizable products at Maple, so next time, I want to try customizing a phone case or a T-shirt with my boyfriendㅎㅎ This is a review written after actually using the product that I received as part of the Maple Supporters activity.

The cushion I ordered from Marpple Shop arrived today, and the printing was so pretty. As you can see in the picture, the pictures come out pretty on both the front and back, which makes me really happy. I am currently making and selling goods as a Marpple Shop seller, and if the quality is this good, I think the quality of other products will be good as well. lol
