It is made of eco-friendly materials good to use and safe for humans.
It is quicker and simpler to use when it is an open/close kind.

Notice

It is produced using a laser engraving method.
Due to the nature of laser engraving, it doesn't disappear even after prolonged use and keeps its original appearance.
The degree of engraving may vary depending on the distance and intensity from the laser due to the round surface of the tumbler.
We recommend that you upload files without a background (PNG, AI).
It is hard to represent images or text with a background due to the engraving's nature.
As manufacture is preceded by heat treatment, please avoid using microwaves, ovens, and dishwashers.
Clean well before use by thoroughly dissolving detergent in warm water.
Make sure to put the beverage volume below the lid plug's bottom.
Please be aware that if there is a significant impact or friction, the shape and surface could be destroyed.

A purchase order made by a minor may be cancelled by the same minor or his/her guardian if his/her guardian has not consented to such purchase.

Exchange / Return(Refund) Policy

All of Marpple’s products are personalized products required by customers. Therefore, we do not accept returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the products at cs@marpple.com with pictures of the damaged items.

Please note that design edits are only available at the stage of 'Order Placed'. During the ‘Processing’ stage, any design changes or cancellation is not available. If you need design changes after your order please contact us through our chat system or via email.
