• If printing is done on only one side without printing on the back, the default color will be white.
• Due to equipment changes, printing quality has been upgraded, but please note that there may be differences in color compared to previous orders.
• Student IDs, government employee IDs, qualifications, and identification cards cannot be produced without approval from the respective institutions.
• The following examples are phenomena that may occur due to the nature of the process and do not constitute defects, so please review them before placing an order:
  • Minor indentations, scratches, and pressure marks may occur, each measuring 5mm or less.
  • Fine lines may be printed on the top and bottom of the product.
  • When ordering single-sided photo cards, there may be minor scratches on the back.
  • The position of the image on the product may differ from the display on the design screen.
  • Even with the same image, there may be color variations between the front and back.
  • Images with dark backgrounds may result in relatively dark non-background areas.
  • In black backgrounds, white dots may appear, while in white backgrounds, black dots may appear.
