All of Marpple’s products are personalized products required by customers. Therefore, we do not accept returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the products at cs@marpple.com with pictures of the damaged items.

Please note that design edits are only available at the stage of 'Order Placed'. During the ‘Processing’ stage, any design changes or cancellation is not available. If you need design changes after your order please contact us through our chat system or via email.

This is the case I ordered as a sample to try out before I opened my shop. 🌸 Doesn't the yellow color look absolutely insane under the cherry blossoms? 🐯⚾️ The printing is super clean, and the details of our Tokkyang-chong's chubby cheeks and Kim Doyoung's uniform look even cuter in person! I've personally tested it and verified the quality. 😎 When viewed from the side, the Tokkyang-chong character appears even more three-dimensional, doubling the cuteness. It’s great. The precautions mentioned it might be dark, so I intentionally chose a gray case, but it actually came out brighter than expected, which is a bit of a shame. Still, it looks neat, and for a Fold 7 case, this is the first time I’ve seen the front display cover not slide off. I am very satisfied.
