Exchange / Return(Refund) Policy

All of Marpple’s products are personalized products required by customers. Therefore, we do not accept returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the products at cs@marpple.com with pictures of the damaged items.

Please note that design edits are only available at the stage of 'Order Placed'. During the ‘Processing’ stage, any design changes or cancellation is not available. If you need design changes after your order please contact us through our chat system or via email.

They shipped it very quickly, and the colors turned out great, so I am extremely satisfied! The material and finish are good, but the image is a bit broken because it was enlarged a lot...... Of course, a warning popped up in advance, but I thought it wouldn't matter because the preview image was fine, but it ended up broken, so if possible, it would be better to show how the breaking phenomenon occurs in the preview image like on other platforms!!

I got a call asking if I could enlarge the picture of the long pad, so I asked them not to enlarge it and to print it as I had reordered, and it was made exactly like the one I had ordered before, so it was the best! The consultant called me because he thought he might have to ask, and it felt like he was not just making the product, but also caring about the service, so I felt good!

The actual color is a little clearer, and the overlock part has less color, so it may look like the overlock is poor (in reality, it is solid). However, the previous ones do not bother me too much and the quality itself is good. Instead, I think I should use it without the smell.
